rite, end of holis....done many things.n many things are undone lik hw....onli a maths tho.

ok,about team ice in the last post.n the tamp safra 4v4 comp on 6th june.we made it into the finals and ... wad do u expect from a team with players lik shija(scored 6 goals) keith(scored 2) brandon(1 goal) Paul(6 goals) Zhi xian(joker nvr score) and the special guest ryan mah(played 2 matches as keeper) to hop a long to enjoy victory with team ICE.conclusion is we won la.300 dollars n 700 dollars worth of adidas mechandise....which i think they short change us in the amount of things...zzz..a big trophy which TK students will get to see in sch soon and medals for each person.N the matches played will be shown on mio TV chnnl i forgot....lol.photos dun hav :( yet ... U16 champions of the 1st ever 4 on 4 futsal competition organised by safra tamp.TEAM ICE.....with all 15 yrs old players.

ok....den church camp was great.soccer camp was not really exciting cos go back same camp side....
the soccer team with many ppl missing...

my last post was last march holiday.now is june holi.not bad ehh.

ok from march, i dun remember anythin.

april-my bday month.got quite a number of presents.ultimate lame gift was ironman mask which is kinda cool but too small...sadly....april also my track nats....dam lame.3 yrs i run the same event 400m, i get the same lane 8 and my position for the race will be the same, 4th.n i will nvr qualify for next round.-.-....nvm still got next yr.

May-shock month.MyR results are 'excellent'...bazaar was lame.3d informal class phooto is goonaa be cool. n tats all i can remember.oh yes....noth :D

ok,for all u ppl tat wan to no wad happpen to my life... 1st up on monday,went sch for track meeting den went out with shah<3, go suntec not for the IT fair....watched race to witch mountain which is quite a gd movie...looks lik the rock is not wrong about sayin 'U ar gonna lik it'....den tuesday went track training which was quite slack....after tat bonding day camp.play games games games,n i had to be wad group leader with betty.....n had to entertain my group members......with my spastic looks.....but nvr mind.quite fun but the bondin part is still nonsense.today,all comers meet......got 1st in my heat for 400m with 58 secs.......but my catergory was for slow ppl n my coach put mi there....an direct insult to my speed but nvr mind,can burn ppl.......ok tmr n sat soccer camp.......dam this holiday is not a holiday ........ goin to sch is lik havin holiday.holiday time is lik goin to sch......................ok bye.......

OK,due to popular demand for mi to update, here i am updatin........nvr post for 3 days den lik tat....ok monday.......classmates ask mi go play dota b4 trainin, with shija adrian and 3 others whom i dun no and dun think i need to no....the classmates ar jerome pd andrew nic ho....ok 1st match i feed den sry la, not happy den suan mi, esp andrew leong and jerome...attitude onli...zzz next time dun call mi la complain so much...due to playin lan, shija and i were quite late for training, adrian obviously pon so nvr mind.for being late coach decided to be a lit evil make us run 10 rounds ard the field.but cheated alit so lik 9 rounds.not a bad trainin on monday.just tat i suddenly cannot kick properly.den shija no need shoot while some partnerin shootin practise.den after tat,i go home.next mornin which is tuesday,woke up late for track trainin,den was late for trainin so all i did at trainin was warm ups and a 2.3 km run,tats all.-.-.i was late so nvr do workout and drills,track coach quite kind,no sarcastic comments and punishments.well,my timin for the 2.3km run is lik nvr much improve from last time 2.4 km run.so no comments...after tat wanted meet sha den cannot as had to do things in church...tats all,wednesday today,soccer trainin rain rain rain not funny sia,nvr do much,mostly indoor fitness trainin,do skippin rope so fun,yay -.-.not much of preparation for the match on friday.This friday,TK vs hong kah, previous meetings was last yr at champions league,TK went to hong kah and did not return home sad or happy as we drew 1-1.so this friday will be quite a match so if wan to catch the match go sch on fri 4.30 kick off,free seatin,admission free also.-.-ok update le,tag to complain and praise ZZZ

ok,updatin.i am goin 3D...got justin and keith the 2c 1 and jonny and more to no...sianz diff class from shah... ok,wednesday,soccer trainin...sigh all i post is about wad kind of trainin i had.so lame...beap test...i got till lvl 11.1 ...( it is a test to test fitness,1 of the most accurate testes...how the test goes is just run 10 metres b4 the beap sound beaps and continue running...the higher the level the faster the beap so need run faster...so fitter ppl can go a higher lvls...) HEy hey hey,hello hello.Ironman is back again...with new stories,morals,logic and etc.ok,yesterday which is wednesday...soccer training which does not have alot of ppl attendin training due to class chalets and wadever reasons.We had crossing training and 1st touch training.Both is important as if there is a gd crosss,gd 1st touch control,most likely a gd goal...however it does not seem to be very easy to achieve the gd cross and control and finishing.Sry to those who do not play soccer.these will hav no link to u.THURsday,track training....more drills and sprints....than tuesday...which is gd i think.OK,When i see the personal messages of ppl of class 2A on msn,sadly there is lik a war goin on.JErome VS Nic ting...SHi ROng VS alot of ppl....Paul VS Andrew(we shld be just jokin onli)...Quite sad since we ar actually changin class alr and now we ar fighting among ourselves.SIgh.....We shld learn to be more forgiving,less gossipin den equals less fighting.nvr mind,i guess every1 readin this will be thinkin tat i am talkin cock......rite..ok

ok,made somethin decent with alot of help from wenshan.thks alot.OK,The time now is 12.45am,so it is lik a wednesday alr.and wednesday means Soccer training.But lets talk about tuesday,track training...coach came back.den got proper training.or else captain stef will lead again and he himself cannot train properly and it is not fair to him.Becos of training,i had to sacrifice playing cage with soccer boys, going to cycle with classmates...but becos i am commited to my Ccas,certain sacrifices have to be made.sadly....now quite late alr so ....-.- go slp le....
